Instructor's Name
Bio: Devika has over 32 years of HR experience across sectors and leadership positions after her post graduation from XLRI Jamshedpur. She is a lay counsellor trained by ASK and NIMHANS, an NVC practitioner and a POSH internal committee instructor. Devika is passionate about normalising conversations around mental health and reducing stigma around mental illness. She has been an instructor for MHFA India since 2019.
